In the second part of The Cibodas called Joglo 2, the name come from the building model reference from Javanese traditional house in the past. Here we can see the main entrance to the 2nd compound from the parking area. The entrance gate is very unique collector items from the owner, took from antique East Javanese house, named “Gebyok”, near by is a volcanic stone statue from Trowulan (east Java area). The stair to the gate build from volcanic stone, the totally well design represent tropical atmosphere….

The stone path leads you straight to the pool, and along the walking path you can see selective collector plants.

From the entrance you can go straight to the main function hall where are the families and friends gather together enjoy the music, relaxing and breathing the nature fresh mountain air. The building reperesent Joglo stye with real antique “Soko Guru” in the center of the hall. Since the owner & architect really like to combine nature with the building so they choose glass doors and windows for all the exterior wall. The main door itself made from rare one piece wood and sophistically carved, combined with solid brass ornament.

This is the “Soko Guru” with intricate carving of “Tumpang Sari” at the top. All the typical “Joglo” house contain this “Soko Guru”.

Inside the building you can really enjoy the cozy interior design. Careful chosen of the furniture and accessories to eliminate the dark wood color. Suede fabric for the seater combine with Thai Silk cover for the cushion. The floor material is first class solid parquet finish with polyurethane melamine lack.

Some of the owner antique collection is from Myanmar. Carefully chosen items meets the highly taste of the art.

Dining area with round table and eight dining chair. The table made from solid Sonokeling wood combine with Javanese Teakwood. The dining chair covered with high quality fabric combine with solid Teakwood. Near by there’s two dining cabinet for storing dining utensil.

The pool table make the stay more fun

Pantry area is really cool idea consider all the families and friends activity will be run in this building. Sure the design must neat too. Taking a lot of time to make this solid wood pantry, from choosing the woods till setting the sandblasting glass cover and adding light fixtures. Almost all important appliances feed into this modern pantry, like refrigerator, water dispenser, microwave and washbasin. So there’s no doubt when you spent your whole time in here.
